Professional, straightforward, and very experienced. I have worked in the IT industry as a service provider and as a vendor and I can say from experience that Nexbyte is an excellent IT Support company. I had a plan pathed out and while I wasn't too far off the plan, their advisement saved us thousands of dollars annually and I learned some updated methods. They helped us cut over from one service to another email service provider and it was smooth as you could expect. Anis, Rupisha, and Mandar were an amazing team to work with. I highly recommend Nexbyte Tech. They are knowledgeable about what services you need and will tell you the possible solutions and if it is something you can handle yourself or should hire them. They are not your average company that is just out to make money, they truly want to help small businesses.
